High Ticket Sales Closer - Fintech/Trading (Remote | Six-Figure Potential | Commission-Based)

Looking for a proven high ticket sales closer to join our team on a full-time, commission-only basis.

This is NOT a "spray and pray" cold calling gig. You'll be taking warm inbound calls from paid traffic and following up with leads who didn't close on the first touch.

The product sells at the $12,000-$15,000 price point, and you'll have a steady pipeline of 7+ booked calls per day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Take 7 inbound sales calls per day (35/week, ~140/month) from qualified, paid-traffic leads
- Follow up and re-set leads who didn't close on the initial call
- Maintain a minimum 25% live-call closing ratio
- Attend daily morning huddles via Zoom (11am EST, Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri)
- Submit end-of-day reports and keep your CRM, projections, and tracking sheets current
- Be available on Slack 9am-6pm EST, Monday through Friday

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Documented track record closing high ticket items ($10,000+), ideally in fintech, trading, or financial education
- Strong phone presence - you know how to control a call, handle objections, and close without being pushy
- Self-disciplined and process-driven -- you follow the system, hit KPIs, and report daily
- Experience with CRMs, booking calendars, and pipeline management
- Comfortable in a remote, performance-based environment
- Hungry. Coachable. Accountable.

This is a commission-only role. 10% commission on front-end units ($1,200 per close at $12,000 | $1,500 per close at $15,000)
