We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to optimize and enhance our software development pipeline. You will play a crucial role in consolidating CI/CD pipelines, modernizing our build system, optimizing testing infrastructure, and improving local development environments for better engineering velocity.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME ROLE WITH AVAILABILITY ON PST TIME ZONE (9AM-5PM MON-FRI)

Key Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Pipeline Consolidation & Optimization: Streamline and enhance existing CI/CD pipelines for efficiency and maintainability.

• Build System Improvement: Upgrade our build process with a modern build system such as Bazel to improve scalability and performance.

• Testing Infrastructure: Design and optimize a robust testing infrastructure to ensure high-quality releases.

• Local Development Environment: Implement a local development environment that enhances developer productivity and efficiency.

Core Skills & Experience Required:

• CI/CD Pipelines: Strong experience with modern CI/CD tools and pipeline management.

• Build Systems: Expertise in Bazel or similar modern build systems.

• Testing Infrastructure: Proven track record in implementing and optimizing test automation frameworks.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools is a plus.

• Cloud & Containers: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Go for automation tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in optimizing developer workflows and engineering velocity.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
